Recent Australian governmental changes related to mandatory sustainability reporting has made our Sustainability Suite, our ESG Platform for Climate-Reporting & Predictive Analytics, really shine. Our Sustainability suite takes the complexity out of sustainability reporting, ensuring certainty in compliance whilst driving top and bottom line growth.

This Australian business story started in 2014, when 4 ex-Mars leaders, Craig Lefoe, Adam Sharp, Chris Horn and Mal Chambeyron came together with a desire to make valuable Business Intelligence solutions available to Australian businesses of all sizes. Our Co-Founders all possessed diverse IT and business expertise. For instance, Craig served as a CIO, Adam led a BI department, and Chris and Mal held senior managerial positions in the data integration space.
Fast forward almost 10 years and Toustone continues as an Australian-owned and operated advanced analytics and decision intelligence company. We continue to solve complex data problems, leverage machine learning predictive technology, and produce accurate and reliable reporting.
Toustone was founded in Albury, NSW, a business and community hub in regional Australia. The Toustone team that includes Data Scientists, BI leaders, Analysts, Operations and Sales & Marketing professionals has grown to over 30 employees spread out across Australia including in NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and WA.

Toustone also provides consultancy services at reduced rates for clients with charity goals we wish to support. We work collaboratively with these clients to facilitate and negotiate reduced licensing fees.

I enjoy working with executives to identify, unify, and utilise diverse transport data sources to create a comprehensive operational performance narrative. This enables precise identification of challenges and their root causes, so transport leaders can take proactive corrective actions.
I now lead our Toustone team in using machine learning to forecast transport operational outcomes accurately, allowing transport organisations to seize opportunities and mitigate risks effectively.
